There were riots and a bomb terror sometimes and there were times when I had to go to grocery shopping under a highest alert and strictly guarded condition.<br \/>\nFrom such experiences, I learned the importance of food and ingredients.  <\/p>\n<p>During my tenure, I was inspired by many locals with their free-spirit and positive energy.  Having tried their local dishes and learned their native cooking methods, I rediscovered the joy of cooking and eating &#8211; the beauty of nature came together with a pinch of salt and they had profound impact on ingredients that were perfectly grilled. They proved simple is best. <\/p>\n<p>How we enjoy taste of a dish varies depends on when, where and what kind of atmosphere we eat in.
